Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Linden Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
