Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bright Keystone Facilities Group is a facilities company in Oklahoma City with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
