Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vista Housing Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
