Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ashton Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
