Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Westbrook Junction Housing Partners manages affordable housing communities across Cincinnati. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
