Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Westbrook Corner Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Jacksonville, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
