Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vista Housing Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
