Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bluepeak Field Housing manages affordable housing communities across St. Louis, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
