Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bluepeak Fox Housing manages affordable housing communities across Fresno, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
