Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Umber Hospitality Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
