Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Rivermark Harbor Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Milwaukee, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
