Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Northwind Wilder Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 696 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
