Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Highbridge Maple Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
