Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Rivermark Sable Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Dallas. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
