Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
