Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Fernwood Quill Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
