Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Highbridge Hollow Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Fresno, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
