Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Highbridge Forge Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
