Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Greenridge Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Rochester presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
