Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Oak Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
