Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Clearpath Fern Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Wichita, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
