Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bluepeak Ashton Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
