Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Amberfield Umber Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Phoenix area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
