Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Lumen Basin Civic Services is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on public records and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
