Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Rivermark Glen Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
