Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vista Property Management and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
