Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Northwind Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Wichita with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
