Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bluepeak Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Wichita, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
