Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Des Moines with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
