Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Bridge Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
