Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Cedar Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in Minneapolis with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 796 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
