Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Amberfield Yarrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Nashville area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
