Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Summit Meridian Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Madison, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 612 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
