Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Highbridge Birch Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
