Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 320 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
