Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Lumen Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Antonio. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
