Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Cedar Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Houston with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
