Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Summit River Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
