Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Foxglove Quarry Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
