Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
