Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bluepeak Rowan Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Minneapolis, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on case files and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
