Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Northwind Stone Arts Center is an arts centre in Des Moines with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
