Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Summit Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Jose, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
