Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bright Linden Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Dallas with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on constituent requests and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
