Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Stonegate Glen Civic Services works with county and city offices around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on permits and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
