Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Harborlight Mill Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Wichita, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 341 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
