Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Westbrook Forge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Knoxville presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
