Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Highbridge Ashton Facilities looks after properties across the Atlanta region, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
