Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Bluepeak Rowan Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Savannah, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on case files and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
