Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (remote)

Summit Vale Housing manages affordable housing communities across Louisville. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
